📦 Shipping & Order FAQs

1. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, absolutely! As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. This confirms we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment.


2. I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received an email:

- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure your email address was entered correctly
- Some email providers have strict filters

Still no email? Reach out to us!


3. What happens after I receive my order confirmation?

We’ll check our warehouse to make sure everything is in stock. If your items are available, we’ll process your payment and get your order ready for shipping.
If something’s out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update or offer an alternative.


4. Why do you ask for my phone number?

DHL and other carriers often need a phone number to arrange smooth delivery. We’ll only use it for delivery purposes or if we need to quickly contact you about your order. Your info stays safe with us.


5. Is it safe to order through Untamed Panda?

Yes! Our webshop uses secure SSL encryption—your personal and payment information is protected. Shop with confidence.


6. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. This may vary depending on stock, made-to-order items, or large quantities.


7. How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.


8. Where is Untamed Panda based?

We’re proudly based in The Netherlands.


9. How do you know where to ship my order?

At checkout, you’ll enter your shipping details. We use this info to send your order from our warehouse straight to your door—fast and reliable.


10. Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

All prices on our site include VAT (for EU customers). If you’re ordering from outside the EU, local customs or import taxes may apply. These charges are your responsibility.


11. 🚚 Shipping Costs

  • NL & EU: Free shipping on orders over €45

  • Orders under €45: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout

  • All orders are shipped via DHL
